Our wines

Since the first vine was planted in 1987, the winemaker's know-how, the terroir and all the love of the CHEVALLIER family have given Chablis wines with authentic and exceptional aromas. It is with pleasure that this nectar travels between lands and seas all over the world to spread this little drop of Burgundian happiness.

 PETIT CHABLIS 

Thanks to the soil, the Petit Chablis is dry and easy to drink. It can be served for aperitif, starters, with shellfish, oysters and cooked pork meat.

 CHABLIS 

Mineral and fruity wine, you can drink the Chablis with starters and cooked fish, seafood, white meat, cheeses.

 CHABLIS CUVEE PRESTIGE 

The Chablis “Cuvée Prestige” is a generous and woody wine, pleasant to drink with cooked fish, seafood, white meat and cheeses.

 CHABLIS PREMIER CRU MONTMAINS 

The Chablis “1er Cru Montmains” is an elegant wine with woody and vanilla flavours. It can be served with smoked salmon, delicate fishes and creamy white meat.
